Yes! Water dragon 🐉 energy is really really present and active right now. I saw an AI Insta reel from the pov of riding a flying dragon underwater through the ruins of Atlantis into a golden light resurrected version of the beautiful architecture, and had a cathartic upwelling that flashed me to the info that now is time remember our original coding. Which is older than Atlantis, as are dragons, but linked. Dragons of the four elements are key holders of the ancient energy of Gaia and got a bad rap, like the intuitive, sentient, energetic intelligence channels in us. Feels like our limbic brain is upleveling along with the rest of us

love this - I certainly didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I started going down this rabbit hole but I love the idea of this deeper ancient coding, the intuitive, sentient, energetic channels in us

I claim the birthright of fighting back against the sky-gods, Susan. I was born in a year of the water dragon. ⚔️

having sat on a cliff and watched storms wash over wild ocean, i can see why so many myths would come from that!

Ooh that's interesting. Particularly US v China since that extends the myth into modern age. I'll offer an alternative perspective: I've always understood the serpent as a being of the Earth. The serpent is the lord of the earth and the eagle (or other bird of prey) the lord of the sky. Earth and Heaven. Yin and Yang. Another aspect of the collective unconscious making itself known

totally! honestly I feel like I could go into this forever and never run out of material - I like the lord of the earth / lord of the sky as you put it

One reason it's so unshakable I think is because if we locate our gazes skyward and seaward, it keeps us from having to fully account for the earthbound monsters. It's cowardice, pure and simple.

there’s an angle I hadn’t thought of — thank you for that. yes, look for monsters always elsewhere

For me, Samara, it's pretty simplistic compared to your rather sophisticated analysis. ☺️ It's just the paleolithic fire of freedom running through the DNA of *some* of us who refuse to let the old, earthborn powers of chaos succumb to the sky gods of order without resurrection. There must be balance between chaos and order...for far too long now, the forces of order/empire have run roughshod over the earth. The old songs are stirring within us. Love you, Lady.
